My wife Megan and I have been traveling around the world for over ten years now, filling our endless bucket list and creating some funny and exciting experiences along the way. We are both bartenders who like to think of ourselves as voracious traveling foodies.
Back in 2016, before my wife and I got married and had our son, we both saved up as much money as we could. We wanted to go on an adventure for as long as possible, while on a decent travel budget, so we did some research and figured, “let’s go to Asia!”
We kept our eyes out for a cheap flight and the next thing we knew, we were on a one way flight to Singapore. We became addicted to the rush of the unknown and finding comfort at an unlikely location. We ended up traveling around Southeast Asia for 4 months, seeing over 40 cities, towns and villages spread across 4 incredible countries and it changed our lives forever.
